Advisory: All students of Trenholm State Technical College applying for registration and payment for the A2 Radiology Test must establish an account with the HESI Evolve prior to applying for test registration and payment. The email address to establish an account is: https://evolve.elsevier.com; once in this address click on “Register for a HESI exam”, then follow instructions; if assistance is needed, the following phone address can be used: Telephone: 1-800-222-9570, Option 2, Option 2, Option 2.
1. Once registered and payment made, email Trenholm A2 Scheduling only at a2test(at)trenholmstate.edu. At the time of registering you will be asked for the username and password used in the testing process; please provide this username and your full name when emailing our Scheduler. You will be notified by return email of the date and time of your appointment for testing at the Patterson Campus (3920 Troy Highway) of Trenholm State Technical College, Building. J. Please note that on your assigned testing date, you must provide a valid photo ID for identity confirmation.
2. Reasonable accommodations should be coordinated with Trenholm State Technical College’s Americans with Disabilities Act Officer, Ms. Beverly Ross, at least 8 weeks before the assigned testing date.
3. Under certain conditions rescheduling will be permitted. Request a scheduled date change with the Scheduler, Delois Curry at a2test(at)trenholmstate.edu.
