As part of its mission, Trenholm State is committed to granting associate degrees and offering courses for career preparation. To that end, Trenholm State evaluates its success in achieving these aspects of its mission by examining data from multiple measures. The College reports and evaluates retention rates, graduation rates, transfer rates as well as degrees and certificates awarded. Using definitions established by the U.S. Department of Education Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and comparison groups selected by IPEDS, the College uses these findings to support and improve student achievement as part of its strategic planning process.
