Congratulations to our very own Phillip Clark! He is KAM Technologies’ newest NOC Engineer.
In this role, Mr. Clark will be responsible for the day-to-day management and issue resolution of the Network Operation Center’s (NOC) monitored customer networks. He will also be responsible for the generation of customer reports in addition to the delivery and management of customer network changes.
