What do mental health technicians do?
Mental health technicians are entry-level mental health workers who care for patients with mental illness or developmental disabilities. These specialists also support the client by communicating observations and concerns to the client’s mental health care team. Accurate documentation of both clinical duties and observations are a key responsibility of the mental health support specialist.
